  • Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections if there was fault on our side.

  • *We request a credit card to confirm appointments.

    *Appointments can be made 21 days in advance.

    *Appointments must be made through our booking site but we are always happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding our services.

    *For any last minute appointment needs or special requests, such as same-time mani/pedi please contact us directly.

    *Please be on time! In order to respect the time of both our clients and staff, we ask you to be punctual for your appointment. We do understand that sometimes there are forces beyond your control, and with this in mind, we will gladly offer a 15 min grace period. Beyond this time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged as set out below.

    *When booking your appointment, please consider how long your requested service will take and allow enough time for our technicians to do the best job they can for you. If you are unsure of how long it will take, please give us a call and we will be happy to provide you with an estimated time.

    *If you would like our unique Nail Art, please be sure to add it to your appointment when booking.

  • Ege's Nail Art is committed to providing exceptional service. Unfortunately, when one client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. As a small business this deeply affects the salon and artist’s income, as we have reserved this time specifically for you and we never overbook. Therefore, we ask you to be respectful of our time and we have implemented the following policies effective immediately:

    * Appointments canceled within 24hrs of the requested time will be charged 100% of the total booked service.

    *You can reschedule your appointment within 24hrs of the requested time with the understanding that 100% of the fees of the booked service will be held on your card and will apply towards the rescheduled appointment only. If the rescheduled appointment is also missed, customer forfeits the right to a refund or credit.

    * No shows will be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is non refundable and can not be put towards any future service.
